JUDGMENT / ORDER

In view of leave note filed by Mr. Sinha, learned advocate for the petitioner, matter is adjourned to 18.09.2012. It is clarified that if on the next date Mr. Sinha is not in a position to appear before this Court, he shall make alternate arrangement failing which appropriate orders shall be passed considering the fact that this matter has been adjourned time and again since June 2012.
