Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. This is an application for review of judgment dated 22.8.2014 in W.P.(C) No.14206 of 2014. The writ petition was disposed of by this court, by issuing directions as incorporated in paragraph 23 of the judgment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prohibitory order of the District Collector dated 30.4.2014 was extended by order dated 15.5.2014, which fact was not in the notice of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner was given liberty to challenge the said order dated 30.4.2014 which was extended on 15.5.2014.
4. In the writ petition, which was decided, the order dated 30.4.2014 or its extension was not an issue. Hence our judgment does not in any manner express any opinion on the said order. Learned counsel however submits that the District Collector being R.P. No.750/2014 2 Statutory authority cannot take a decision with regard to the direction as issued in paragraph 23 (2). We do not agree with the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner. The District Collector can very well examine as directed in paragraph 23(2) and take appropriate decision. We do not see any good ground to review the judgment.
With this observation, the review petition is dismissed.
