Petitioner has filed Ext.P2 application seeking licence to conduct a quarry within the limits of the first respondent Panchayat. The limited prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the second respondent to consider Ext.P2 application.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider Ext.P2 application within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
