JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the above Criminal Appeals were posted for hearing on 19.01.2017, there was no representation for the appellant in both the appeals. Therefore, both the Criminal Appeals were directed to be posted today for dismissal. Even today, there is no representation for the appellant in both the appeals. Hence, both the Criminal Appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution.
