JUDGMENT / ORDER

The writ petitioner, South India Road Milk Tanker Owners Association, filed this writ petition challenging the order of the second respondent issued in reference No.3348/M3/03 dated 20.12.2003, and for a direction to the respondents to continue to engage the petitioner's Milk Tanker Lorries for transporting the milk to the milk producers Union.
