O R D E R As there was no representation on behalf of the parties on 2.1.2019, the matter was adjourned to next week. Even today, the matter was called twice. But there was no representation for the parties.
2. This writ petition is directed against the order dated 20.3.2013 passed by VI Addl. Prl. Judge, Family Court, Bangalore on I.A.No.3 filed under Order 6 Rule 17 of CPC seeking impleadment in M.C.No.540/2012.
3. After going through the records, it is clear that M.C.No.540/2012 itself is disposed of on 19.12.2015. Therefore, this petition does not survive for consideration.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
