This instant petition has been filed for a direction upon the second respondent to release the second installment of payment due to the petitioners under the Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana.
Considering the nature of the prayer made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioners, we deem it appropriate to dispose off this petition by providing that if the petitioners make a comprehensive representation in respect of their grievance before the second respondent (District Magistrate, Sambhal), within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be addressed and decided by a reasoned order, within four weeks thereafter.
