After going through the records, we notice that as per Annexure-B judgment in W.P(C).No.16372 of 2013, respondent local authority was directed to consider petitioner's application for issuance of installation permit in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders. Subsequently, Annexure-A order dated 19.3.2014 was passed by Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions. Now complaint of petitioner is, Annexure-A order is not implemented, in spite of directions to comply with the same within one month.
2. According to petitioner, there is no procedure contemplated for executing Annexure-A order and the only recourse open to him is to file a Writ Petition and seek direction from this Court. In the light of such course, we are of the opinion, unless such course is adopted specifically to comply with the directions of Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions, which Cont.Case(C).557/14 2 results in failure of non-compliance, we are of the opinion, compliance of the order of Tribunal directly cannot be sought by way of filing contempt petition.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is disposed of.
