JUDGMENT / ORDER

This application has been filed with a prayer to fix an early date of final hearing for Special Civil Application No.2203 of 2006.
Heard Ms.Priti Pandya, learned advocate for the applicant (original petitioner) and perused the averments made in the application. For reasons stated therein, the prayer made in the application deserves to be granted.
Accordingly, the application is allowed. It is directed that Special Civil Application No.2203 of 2006 be listed for final hearing in the first week of September, 2011.
The application is disposed of in the above terms.
