After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press the application and prays that he may be permitted to approach the court below again.
As prayed, the application is dismissed.
So far as permission to approach the court below is concerned, it is always open for the applicant to move second application before the court below and if any application is filed, court below is directed to decide the same strictly in accordance with law.
