2. This is the second bail application of applicant. Earlier bail application having been rejected by Hon'ble R.D. Khare, J., who has now been retired, hence it has been listed before this Court.
3. The victim's statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has been recorded and she has confirmed rape committed by accused- appellant, Sonu.
4. Having gone through the entire record, I do not find any good ground for bail and there is no change in circumstances.
5. Rejected.
