1. Heard Sri Shiv Bilas Mishra, Advocate holding brief of Sri Sunil Vashisth, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. The present bail application has been moved by accused- applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 39 of 2015, under Sections 304-B and 498-A IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Saroorpur, District Meerut.
3. Applicant is the husband and his wife has died. Report has been lodged by father of deceased and not by applicant or his family members though death has taken place at the applicant's house and he was present in house. First information report's version is that girl has been murdered on account of non satisfaction of demand of dowry and it has been supported by informant in the statement under Section 161 Cr.P.C. Though the post mortem report does not show cause of death but it has been verified in Viscera examination that aluminum phosphide was found in body. Looking to entire facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
4. Application is accordingly dismissed.
