Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sonu, with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No.28 of 2021, under Sections-420, 467, 468, 471, 120B I.P.C., Police Station- Kavi Nagar, District-Ghaziabad, during pendency of trial.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he was not connected with the alleged crime but he has been falsely implicated.
Learned AGA has pointed criminal history of five cases.
Keeping in view the criminal antecedents of applicant he does not deserves to be enlarged on anticipatory bail.
It is, accordingly, rejected.
