Heard Sri S. C. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-State.
At the very outset, Sri P. K. Chauhan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-State states that the F.I.R. has been lodged in the instant case as Case Crime No.38/15, under sections 363 and 366 IPC, P.S. Baberu, District Banda.
Faced with the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioners Sri Atul Kumar submits that the petition has become infructuous and seeks leave to take appropriate legal remedy.
The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid remedy.
