Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned AGA and perused the impugned F.I.R, as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R, dated 18.2.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 041 of 2019, under sections 323, 354B, 504 IPC P.S. Jansath, District Muzaffar Nagar.
Matter relates to outraging the modesty of a woman, and the contention of the petitioner that as there is existing enmity cannot be considered in this jurisdiction, as cognizable offence is made out.
The writ petition is dismissed.
