At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants submitted that earlier one Application U/S 482 No.26370 of 2017 has already been filed for the same cause of action on behalf of applicant nos. 1 and 2, therefore, he does not want to press the application for applicant nos. 1 & 2 and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application only on behalf of applicant no.3.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application only on behalf of applicant no.3.
