Heard Sri S.K. Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Gaurav Pratap Singh, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has not arrayed the Commissioner concerned before whom the appeal against the externment order dated 21.8.2020 is pending as one of the respondent in the present petition. He prays that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh with better particulars.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
Office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining a photocopy of the same.
