On the matter being taken up, the learned Addl. Government Advocate informs the Court that the viscera of the deceased has been preserved but the viscera report has not been received till date.
Accordingly, put up this case as a fresh case on 08.01.2019.
By the next date, the learned Addl. Government Advocate shall positively obtain the viscera report of the deceased.
Mr. Mohammad Waseem, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant by filing his Vakalatnama before the Court today, which is taken on record.
When the matter is listed next, the name of Mr. Mohammad Waseem shall be shown in the cause list as counsel for the opposite party.
