Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
The only prayer pressed on this petition is for the consideration of the claim of the petitioners for grant of 'annual increments' from 2006 to 2010.
Learned Standing Counsel states that this claim shall be duly attended to and disposed of by the second respondent in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of a writ petition and its enclosures.
Accordingly and in light of the statement so made, which is recorded and accepted, nothing further survives on this petition, which shall consequently stand disposed of.
