This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 4.12.2019 lodged by the respondent no.3 vide Case Crime No.0293 of 2019 under section 366 I.P.C. PS. Jansa, District Varanasi.
Matter relates to abduction of a girl whose whereabouts are not known, FIR discloses commission of cognizable offence.
The writ petition is dismissed.
