Heard learned counsel for petitioner.
Smt. Soniya Yadav petitioner no. 1 appears before this Court and she claims to be major. She stated that she has voluntarily married to Pintu petitioner no. 2. In this regard, the certificate of registration of marriage has been annexed as Annexure-3 to the writ petition.
In view of the fact of present case writ petition is disposed of with the direction that petitioners shall not be arrested in pursuance of the F.I.R. dated 03.12.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 560/2018, under Section 366 I.P.C., Police Station- Maharajpur, District- Kanpur Nagar till the submission of report by Investigating Officer under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
