Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
"A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 20.05.2017, in Case Crime No. 0482 of 2017, under Section 363, 366 I.P.C., at P.S. Tronica City, District Ghaziabad, lodged by respondent no. 3 against the petitioner no. 1 (Annexure no. 1)."
Mr. Syed Ali Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that a Charge Sheet bearing no. 02/2018 dated 11.05.2018, has already been filed, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. It is, however, open to the petitioners to take appropriate remedy, if they so desire and are advised, for appropriate relief.
