Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA.
From the entire facts and circumstances of the case and especially the application moved to S.S.P., Aligarh, whose copy has been annexed as annexure no. 4 to the writ petition by the corpus herself, it appears that contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that respondent no. 4 along with other forcibly took the petitioner no. 2, corpus along with him and is under illegal detention is totally false and preposterous.
The writ petition is bereft of merits and the same is accordingly dismissed.
The petitioner if at all has any grouse that his wife is illegally detained and is being tortured by private respondent he has remedy to move application u/s 98 Code of Criminal Procedure and seek search warrant from appropriate authority in order to save the life and liberty of his wife.
