The grievance of the petitioner is that his release application no. 64 of 2014, Smt. Sonika Jain Vs. Girish Chand and another is pending before the Prescribed Authority/Judge, Small Causes Court, Agra since 2014.The same is not being decided finally.The case is being listed for hearing since the year 2018.
The petition is disposed of with the direction to the Prescribed Authority/Judge, Small Causes Court, Agra to decide the aforesaid case within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court without granting any undue adjournment to any of the parties.
