This is an application for correction in the memo of bail application as well as in the order dated 10.1.2011.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that the correct name of applicant-accused is 'Sonu' and it was wrongly transcribed in the memo of bail application and on account of which the bail order has also been typed as such he prays that he may be permitted to correct the name of the applicant in the memo of bail application and consequently correction be also made in the bail order.
Application is allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in the name of applicant-accused as 'Sonu' and corrected bail order in the name of 'Sonu' shall also be issued, Order Date :- 20.1.2011 BLY Hon'ble Satyendra Singh Chauhan,J.
The bail order dated 10.1.2011 is corrected to the extent that the word 'Sonu' be substituted in place of word 'Soni'.
