The petitioner prayed for following relief:
"(i) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent university, Agra to complete the verification of the B.Ed. Degree/Marks Sheet (year 2012), which has been sought vide application dated 20.7.2017, within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
(ii) A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to release the salary of the petitioner w.e.f. July, 2018 including arrears upto till date and further to paid month to month salary within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
Sri M.N. Singh, learned counsel for the University submits that the B.Ed. Degree/Marks Sheet of the year 2012 of the petitioner has been verified and thus the grievance of the petitioner has been satisfied.
The aforesaid fact has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Thus no cause of action survives in the writ petition and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
