By impugned order dated 12.1.2017, the trial Court has allowed an application filed by the defendant in Original Suit No. 55/2009 for survey of the suit property. The revision filed by the petitioner against the said order has been dismissed by the Revisional Court holding the order passed by the trial Court was well within its jurisdiction and there is no manifest error to warrant interference with the same.
In the opinion of the Court, the order of the trial Court impugned herein is purely an interlocutory one and does not warrant interference in exercise of supervisory power under Article 227 of the Constitution.
The petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
