Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that no useful purpose would be served in prosecuting this petition any further before this Court since till date no Affidavits have also been called for. He prays for liberty to represent his case before the second respondent.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent states that subject to all contentions on merits being left open and in case any such representation is filed before the second respondent ventilating his grievances, the same shall be duly considered by the said respondent and disposed of in accordance with law and preferably within a period of four months therefrom.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement made and noted above.
