This application has been filed with a prayer to condone the delay of 152 days that has occurred in filing the same and to restore Special Civil Application No.10593 of 2011 to its original status on file. The said petition has been dismissed for non-removal of office objections within the stipulated period of time, by order dated 10.08.2011.
Heard Mr.Nirad D.Buch, learned advocate for the applicant (original petitioner) and perused the averments made in the application. It is stated by Mr.Buch, learned advocate for the applicant, that the office objections shall be removed on, or before, 01.05.2012.
Upon the above statement being made by the learned advocate for the applicant, the following order is passed:
In the event that the office objections are removed on, or before, 01.05.2012, Special Civil Application No.10593 of 2011 shall be restored to its original status on file. If the office objections are not removed within the time stipulated hereinabove, this order shall not operate.
The application is disposed of in the above terms.
