Case is called out in the revised list, but no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press the instant writ petition.
The petitioner no.2 was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- with the Registrar General of this Court by orders dated 3.10.2018 and 10.4.2019, however, the petitioner no.2 has not complied with the aforesaid orders and it appears that he has lost his interest in pursuing the petition.
The present habeas corpus writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed for want of prosecution.
