[In re. : Criminal Misc. Correction Application No. 1 of 2019] An application is preferred to have certain corrections in the order dated 27.11.2018. In the sixth line of second paragraph and fourth line of last paragraph in the order aforesaid, the words "I.P.C." has been mentioned as "Cr.P.C.".
On going through the record, I have noticed that corrections sought for are genuine.
Accordingly, the application is allowed. The words mentioned in sixth line of second paragraph and fourth line of last paragraph "Cr.P.C." in the order dated 27.11.2018 be read as "I.P.C.".
