JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA and the learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 3.
The alleged detenue Sonam Sharma is also present in the court. She has stated that she is aged about 28 years and she has solemnized the marriage with Rahul Gangwar but because he is unemployed, therefore, she is residing with her father of her own will. She has further stated that she has not been illegally detained by the opposite party no.3.
In view of the statement of the alleged detenue, I do not find any substance in the petition.
The petition is dismissed. The opposite party no.3 is entitled for the amount deposited in this court by order dated 29.08.2014.
