Case called out. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel and the S.H.O./I.O. Sri Dinesh Kumar Vashisth are present in the court.
Learned counsel for the State has filed affidavit of the aforesaid S.H.O./I.O.. The same may be taken on record.
Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the Police Authorities are trying their best to trace out the corpus and a team has also been constituted by the Senior Superintendent of Police Bulandshahar under the leadership of Sri Dharmendra Kumar Yadav, Circle Officer, Anoop Shahar, Bulandshahar and Additional Superintendent of Police Khurja has also been directed to guide the aforesaid team. So some more time may also be given to the Police Authorities to trace out the corpus.
His request is accepted.
List this matter on 15.02.2016 on which date the S.H.O./I.O. concerned shall produce the corpus before the court, if the corpus is not traced out, in that case S.S.P. concerned shall file his personal affidavit as regards the progress of the case and the S.H.O./I.O. concerned shall remain present in person in the court on the date fixed.
