In the facts of the case, writ petition is disposed of finally with the directions that the petitioners shall not be arrested in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 11.12.2018 registered as case crime no. 584 of 2018 under section 363,366 I.P.C. P.S. Thakurdwara, District Moradabad till submission of police report under section 173 (2) Cr.P.C.
