It is contended by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the impugned complaint is filed for the alleged offences of the year 2001 and the complainant lost up to the High Court in the civil proceedings and up to Deputy Collector Appeals in the revenue proceedings.

In view of the above issue rule returnable on 20th June, 2012.

Learned advocate Ms. Lilu Bhaya and learned APP waive service of notice for respective respondents.

Stay granted earlier to continue till final disposal of the petition.
