Mrs.Swati Soparkar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner tenders calculation of the amount due towards interest from the respondent as per the M.O.U. dated 30.08.2011. A copy of the said calculation has already been given to Mr.B.M. Mangukiya, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

Mr.Mangukiya, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the respondent has paid the principal amount and shall file its response to the said calculation on the next date of hearing i.e. 29.03.2012.
