By order dated 22.03.2012 the matter was adjourned to 09.04.2012 at the request of learned counsel appearing for the applicant as well as respondent No.2 on the ground that the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Ahmedabad has arranged a meeting on 03.04.2012. On 09.04.2012 a similar request was made and, therefore, the matter was kept today.
Today, Mr.Soni, learned advocate appearing for respondent No.2 states that the meeting has taken place, however, the record is voluminous and one more meeting is called for, which is scheduled in the month of May, 2012. Hence, Mr.Soni seeks further time. S.O. to 19.06.2012.
