In view of the suggestion and request made by Mr. Soni, learned advocate representing the Company, so as to resolve the entire controversy related to the payment of contribution towards the Provident Fund which may, ultimately, take care of the interest of the workers, time is granted with consent of Mr. Das, learned advocate for the workmen, until 5.3.2012.
Learned counsel for the Provident Fund Department has also assured that all assistance, including deputing an officer for the purpose of resolving the confusion regarding accounting entries, etc. will be provided by the department and with the cooperation and joint efforts of the company, the deputed officer of the Provident Fund Department and the advocate/representative of the workers, efforts will be made to resolve the grievance, raised in the present application.
