The Registry has put up a Note dated 08.10.2012 stating that Mr. Girish M. Das, who was appearing for the applicant, has filed a Note dated 24.9.2012 for withdrawal of his appearance in the present Application and in Company Petition No.42 of 1997.
Having perused the said Note, the following order is passed.
Mr. Girish M. Das, learned advocate, is permitted to withdraw his appearance in the present Application OJCA/335/2011 2/2 ORDER and in Company Petition No.42 of 1997.
Mr. Vishwas K. Shah, learned advocate, states that he has received instructions to appear on behalf of the applicant in the present Application and shall be filing his Vakalatnama.
