1. Learned counsel Mr.Das submitted that, in view of the note addressed to the Registrar filed by learned advocate Mr.Kandarp Trivedi about his appearance for the appellant, he is withdrawing his appearance as advocate for the appellant Shri Sonaji Adaji Parmar. However, when original Company Petition No.42 of 1997 was entertained, nearly 133 workmen of the respondent company had approached this Court and names of the other workmen concerned were also placed on record by the company. One of those workmen was one Mr.Edwin C.Manon and he, learned advocate Mr.Das, proposes to appear for that workman as an affected party and he proposes to join that respondent as respondent No.4 in the appeal.

2. The other learned counsel appearing for the parties having no objection, it is ordered that name of Mr.Edwin C.Manon may be permitted to be added as respondent No.4 in O.J.Appeal No.18 of 2012 and his Vakalatnama in favour of learned advocate Mr.Das may be accepted by the office. Since learned advocate Mr.Kandarp Trivedi has filed a note with the letter of original appellant Shri Sonaji Adaji Parmar for replacement of his advocate and learned advocate Mr.Das has now expressed no objection to Mr.Trivedi being appointed as his advocate, name of learned advocate Mr.Kandarp Trivedi may be shown as appearing for the appellant, if his Vakalatnama is duly filed in the office.
