Heard Sri Sudarshan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Diwakar Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.5.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has raised a grievance that Gram Pradhan of Gaon Sabha is encroaching upon the land of the petitioner, which he claims to be the owner of Arazi No.69 and 75, by constructing a road.
It is to be noted that the petitioner had earlier approached the A.D.M. (Administration), who has already passed the stay order. It is further to be noted that the petitioner's application under Section 30 of U.P. Revenue Code is pending before the A.D.M. (Administration) for correction of map.
In case, such an application is pending, the petitioner may move an application to expedite the same. In such matter, the High Court cannot interfere.
The writ petition is misconceived and is, accordingly,
dismissed.
