Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The instant petition has been preferred seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Chandauli to consider and decide Case No. 317 of 2019 (Sona Devi v. Basudev and Others) expeditiously and within a stipulated period.
The Court finds no ground to frame peremptory directions for out of turn disposal of a suit instituted in 2019 at this stage.
The petition is consequently dismissed.
