Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 22.4.2008, passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jaunpur in Original Suit No. 873 of 2007 (Somwati Devi and others vs. Vijay Chand and others) and the order dated 21.2.2009 passed by Additional District Judge, Court No. 3, Jaunpur in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 77 of 2008.
While entertaining the present petition, this Court had directed to maintain status-quo over the property in question. The suit is of the year 2007.
I consider it appropriate to dispose off the present petition with a direction that in the event the Suit No. 873 of 2007 is still pending, the same may be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law. If the suit is still pending the interim order, granted by this Court, shall remain in operation till the decision of the suit.
