The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Case No.T- 20181207030 (Somwati Vs. Rawati) under section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Dataganj, District Budaun may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.T-20181207030 (Somwati Vs. Rawati) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
