Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel.
The applicant is before this Court against the wilful disobedience of the order dated 19.09.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.5196 of 2018 (Somveer v. Deputy Director of Consolidation & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, instructions dated 23.07.2019 have been filed by learned Standing Counsel annexing therewith the order dated 12.06.2019 and on the basis of which it is contended that the writ Court order in question has been complied with.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this petition and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged. The instructions are taken on record and a copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the applicant.
