JUDGMENT / ORDER

During the argument, it is revealed that fourteen cases of criminal history has been stated by the Sessions Court, which rejected bail application of the accused-applicant. Criminal history of nine cases have been stated by the learned A.G.A. whereas accused-applicant has given criminal history of five cases only in para 8 of the bail application.
Learned A.G.A for the State may file counter affidavit within three weeks alongwith fresh report regarding criminal history, copy of F.I.R of all cases and fresh status report on the next date.
List on 27th June, 2016, as fresh.
