JUDGMENT / ORDER

(C.M.A. No. 2958 (W) of 2012) This is an application for dismissal of writ petition as not pressed, supported with affidavit.
Submission of learned counsel for petitioner is that in pursuance of interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner has been paid his all retiral dues including pension. As such, he does not want to press this writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
Application is allowed.
