1. Heard Mr. Vaibhav A. Vyas, learned advocate for the applicant - original petitioner and Mr. Niraj Ashar, learned AGP for respondent No.1.

By way of this application, the applicant-original petitioner has prayed for listing the main matter i.e. Special Civil Application No.11174 of 2010 for final hearing which has been admitted vide order dated 6.5.2011. The main matter relates to appointment. Many such matters admitted prior to the present matter are pending for final adjudication and therefore, no priority can be given. Hence, this application is dismissed with no order as to cost.
