JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner took a loan of Rs. 4,00,000/. from the Axis Bank, respondent no.3 in the year 2005, but he is unable to pay the whole of the aforesaid amount. It is submitted that the petitioner has applied for the waiver of the aforesaid loan amount vide application dated 26.5.2010 (Annexure-5 to the writ petition). The only prayer made in the writ petition is for early disposal of the aforesaid application.
Sri Ashutosh Srivastava, who has accepted notice on behalf of the respondent no. 3 has no objection if a direction is issued to consider the above application of the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances the writ petition is finally disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the above referred application of the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this provided the said application has not been decided and disposed of so far.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
