The petitioner has approached this Court seeking police protection to him and his employees for undertaking the construction activities without any threat from respondents 5 to 7.
2. It is contended by party respondents 5 to 7 that the petitioner has no right to make any construction in the area. Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that now there is no law and order situation and as far as the petitioner is concerned he approached this Court alleging that somebody may obstruct his construction activity. It is stated that some issues have been raised in the construction of house by another person and after filing this writ petition, the petitioner did not even proceed to construct the building as undertaken by him. Nothing survives to be considered in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
